Login Methods

CrashPirate uses email-and-password authentication as the standard sign-in method. You enter the email address you supplied at registration alongside your chosen password. The login form is available on the homepage when you are signed out, and it works identically on desktop browsers, mobile browsers, the Android APK and the iOS PWA. New here? Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available as an optional extra. Once enabled in account settings, you will receive a one-time code by email or authenticator app each time you sign in from a new device or browser. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended, particularly if your account holds a GBP balance or active bonus funds.

How to Log In Step by Step

PC Browser

Open crashpirate.app in any desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari). Click the Sign In button in the top-right corner of the homepage. Enter your registered email address and password in the fields provided, then click the confirmation button. Your account dashboard, GBP balance and any active Pragmatic Play or BGaming bonus will load immediately.

Mobile Browser

App

Account Security

Protecting your CrashPirate account starts with choosing a password that is at least 10 characters long and is not used on any other platform. If you believe your account has been accessed without your knowledge, change your password immediately and contact support at [email protected]. Our security team can review your recent session history and, where necessary, terminate all active sessions.

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of protection. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot sign in without the one-time code generated by your chosen 2FA method. You can activate this at any time from the Security section of your account settings.

Can’t Log In? Solutions to Common Problems

Several issues can prevent a successful sign-in. If you receive an invalid credentials error, double-check for accidental spaces at the start or end of your email address and confirm that Caps Lock is not active. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page; a reset email is sent within a few minutes.

If your account has been suspended, you will see a specific message explaining why rather than a generic credentials error. Suspension reasons include incomplete KYC verification, a failed document check, or a self-exclusion request you submitted previously. Contact [email protected] with your registered email address for clarification and, where applicable, to submit the necessary documents (a passport or UK photocard driving licence plus a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement).

If you are signing in from a new country or device and the system does not recognise it, an additional verification step may appear. Follow the on-screen prompt and check your inbox for a verification email if requested.
