CrashPirate Terms and Conditions
What You Agree to When You Register
By creating an account at CrashPirate, ticking the box that confirms you are 18 and accept these terms, and making use of the site or the Android and iOS apps, you enter a binding agreement with the operator of the casino. The agreement covers these terms, the privacy policy, the responsible gambling page and the terms attached to any bonus you claim. If you do not accept any part of them, do not register or deposit. Keeping an account after a change has been announced counts as accepting the change.
What We Expect From You as a Player, and What Happens When Something Breaks
You must be 18 or over, hold one account only, and provide accurate details at registration, including your full name and date of birth. The account belongs to you alone and may not be lent, sold or shared.
Bonuses are for players aged 18 and over. A welcome deposit bonus needs a first qualifying deposit of at least £20, and each promotion carries its own wagering multiplier, maximum bet, expiry period and list of excluded games, shown in the active bonus panel of your account. The worked example on our bonus page uses a 30x multiplier. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering, whereas live dealer tables from Pragmatic Play Live, RNG table games and progressive jackpot slots carry a reduced contribution or are excluded. Promo code PIRATE is entered in the cashier when a promotion says it applies.
If a game, the lobby or a payment page malfunctions, we may void the affected round and any winnings that came from it, and we will return the stake to your balance. Bets placed after a fault was visible on screen, for example a wrong balance display, are not eligible for compensation.
How We Handle Deposits, Withdrawals and Liability
Your account is held in GBP. Deposits are instant and carry no fee from us, and withdrawals go back through the same method wherever possible.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to GBP at the prevailing exchange rate, and we are not responsible for network fees or delays on the blockchain. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the balance held in your account, and we are not liable for losses that result from gambling itself, from your own device or connection, or from a third party using credentials you failed to protect.
Which Law and Licence Apply to Your Account
CrashPirate operates under a Costa Rica data processing registration, which is an offshore registration. We hold no licence from the UK Gambling Commission, and these terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where the operator is registered. If you play from the United Kingdom, you are responsible for making sure that doing so is lawful for you, and by registering you confirm that you have checked.
Conduct We Do Not Allow and the Checks We Run
Multiple accounts, collusion with other players, use of bots or other automation, and deliberate abuse of bonuses are all prohibited. If we find any of them, we may close the account, void winnings and cancel active bonuses.
Verification is part of keeping that rule enforceable. We ask for a passport or a UK photocard driving licence, together with a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. We request them when an account is flagged, before a withdrawal is released, or when you ask to reopen a suspended account, and a failed document check or unfinished verification can suspend the account until it is resolved. The account is also locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts, and support at [email protected] can unlock it once your identity is confirmed.
How We Tell You When These Terms Change
We may revise these terms when our services, payment methods or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page is updated each time, and we notify registered players by email or through the in-site message centre. Changes that affect an active bonus do not apply to that bonus retroactively.
